Although this program is designed for our competitive and advanced students, it is open to all members looking for a challenge. The sessions have a no-nonsense, high tempo vibe and the training is much more intensive than our beginner classes. The instruction can be strict, which makes it easy for students to identify if they are ready or not to train at this level. The sessions consist of skip rope, shadowboxing, padwork, advanced technique, light sparring, clinching, and body conditioning.

Although high-intensity sparring is needed for our competitive athletes, we allow (upon request) all of our experienced members to participate in our team sparring sessions. Sparring is followed by 10-20 minutes of clinching.
