Dave’s Gym muaythai padwork class is a high-energy workout that combines HIIT-style pad work with essential Muay Thai techniques for a powerful fitness experience. Designed to improve cardio, strength, and coordination, the class includes striking combinations and drills, and partnered Thai pad rounds. It also incorporates strength training elements using medicine balls and hand weights to enhance full-body conditioning. While there is a focus is on endurance and overall fitness, consistent repetition of techniques helps build real Muay Thai skill over time. This program is suitable for all levels, from first-timers to seasoned athletes looking to push their limits. Whether you’re training for fitness, skill, or both, this class delivers a fun and challenging way to level up.

This 45-minute class currently runs twice a week on our schedule and is a full-body workout. Warmup involves skipping rope coupled with a dynamic stretch. The body of the class is a Thai pad workout with a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) program. Cooldown involves a light hand weight routine working arms, legs, and abs.
