Amateur Muaythai competition still isn’t legal in Manitoba but that doesn’t stop us from finding fights! Next month we have a few kids competing in Ontario, including Xavier! @muaythaiontario is the PSO (provincial sport organization) recognized by their provincial government. One day we hope to have #MuaythaiManitoba recognized. Until then, we travel ?????? . . #nakmuygym #realmuaythai #muaydek #winnipegmuaythai #muaythaimanitoba #kidsmuaythai

The WAKO Canada Kickboxing Nationals are over for us! @scart08 won her match today on points and her opponent for tomorrow pulled out, making her the 2019 +70kg K-1 rules Canadian Champion. This week we found out @a.alerta_ was the only girl in her 44kg division. Since we already paid the fees/flight/accommodations we decided to compete in the 48kg division. Abby still weighed 43.5kg and the size was just too much for her to handle, forcing us to stop the match for Abby after the 2nd round. Safety is a huge factor for us when competing so when we felt we learned enough, we called it a day. . Abby’s record falls to 4-1 and Sarah improves to 16-3. Great work you 2 and on 2 the next…?????? . . #nakmuaygym #winnipegmuaythai #winnipegkickboxing #winnipegmuaythai #muayying #womensmuaythai
